  • By submitting your CV and your personal data included therein during the recruitment process in our Company you declare that you fully acknowledge the information provided in this Notice and you provide your unambiguous consent to the Company, which acts as Data Controller, for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the below terms and conditions.
  • In addition, we will ensure that the information you submit to us through our online portal (“email my resume” field) or via email, as well as via any third party websites (including but not limited to LinkedIn) or through any of our offices is only used for the purposes set out in this Notice.
  • When submitting your CV online, please note that you will receive an automated email from us informing you that we have received it.
  • Upon submitting an application for a position at our Company you provide us with your personal details including but not limited to your name, surname, contact details, email address, educational and job history and Curriculum Vitae (CV), which we will use and process in order to:
    • Process your application for a specific job. If there is no open position and submit your CV to us, we will process your application on a general basis.
    • To contact you with regard to n relation to your expressed interest in our Company and the application or the recruitment process.
    • To verify your information, including through reference checks and, where applicable, background checks.
    • To match your details with job vacancies within our Company.
    • To operate, manage and improve our recruitment processes and activities administration and
    • To make informed decisions on your recruitment.
    • To comply with legal obligations to which we are subject and cooperate with regulators and law enforcement bodies
  • Please do not provide us with special categories of data, i.e. information relating to your racial or ethnic origin, your political opinions and sexual orientation.
  • Make sure that you have the consent of an employee when providing an employee’s name who referred you with your application.
  • We will keep your CV until your application is assessed or until the position you are applying for has been filled, or longer (for one year) with your consent.
  • When we are required by local laws to collect certain personal data about you, your failure to provide this data may prevent or delay the fulfilment of our legal obligations and may impact our ability to employ you.
  • Your personal data will be accessible to the personnel responsible for the evaluation and management of your application to our Company.
  • We may share your information with third party recruitment service with which we cooperate or with third party services provider whose hiring software we use. We require that they comply with strict data privacy, security and confidentiality requirements.
  • We take and maintain all appropriate technical and organizational safety measures to ensure the security and processing of data held in accordance with GDPR and all applicable Data Protection Laws and this Policy.
  • We keep your data within the European Economic Area. Please note also that the European Commission has recognized Switzerland as providing adequate protection. Where data is to be transmitted to third countries outside the European Economic Area for which no European Commission’s adequacy decision is available or to International Organizations, all the appropriate safeguards provided for in the applicable data protection legislation regarding transfers to third countries are taken. We may also disclose personal information to regulatory or law enforcement authorities, if they require us to do so.
  • Please note that you have the rights to access, correction, rectification, deletion, portability and to object in relation to the processing of your personal data as well as the right to lodge a complaint before the Data Protection Authority of your jurisdiction.
